REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Welcome to the website www.avathor.it. Your privacy is important to us, and in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 “GDPR,” we want to ensure that your personal information is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with current laws.

DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is Avathor S.r.l., with its registered office at Corso Re Umberto 54 – 10128 Turin (TO).

INFORMATION VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER

The Company processes personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the completion of the form on the website related to the request for a quote. This includes common personal data such as email address and province of residence.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The personal data communicated are processed for the following purposes:

1. the management of quote requests. We pursue this purpose to fulfill contractual or pre-contractual measures. Art. 6 1) b) GDPR.

1. the sending of informational and promotional communications (newsletter), through traditional contact systems and automated IT systems. We pursue this purpose based on the consent of the interested party. Art. 6 1) a) GDPR.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

The processing of data is carried out using tools or IT procedures, or by automated means strictly related to the purposes pursued. The Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.

RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be processed and stored only for the time necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case no longer than 24 months for direct marketing purposes, unless consent is revoked.

Upon expiration of these terms, the Data Controller will proceed to delete the collected data or to transform them irreversibly into anonymous form and will process the data only in an aggregate manner.

SCOPE OF DATA CIRCULATION

The processing is carried out directly by the organization of the Data Controller, through suitably designated and trained individuals, who will act as Authorized Persons as well as by external companies that perform activities on behalf of the Company appointed specifically as External Data Processors.

For example, data may be communicated to external companies and technical support that collaborate with the Data Controller, subjects, entities, or authorities to which it is mandatory to communicate personal data due to legal provisions or upon specific request.

Your data will not be disclosed to indefinite subjects.

DATA TRANSFER ABROAD

The data provided regarding the requested services will be used and managed on European territory. The use of certain functions of the website may involve the transfer of personal data abroad. In particular, using third-party cookies may lead to the transfer of data to data controllers located outside the European Economic Area. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
